Shipping

Free Shipping & Package Tracking

We offer free standard shipping on orders more than $49. Otherwise, a shipping fee of $3.99 will be charged.

All packages shipped out will be via a trackable method. Once our logistics partner provides a tracking number, we will immediately send it to you via email. You can use this number to check the latest status of your order at any time.

Expedited Shipping Service

We offer a paid expedited shipping service (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days (plus an additional 1-3 business days for order processing).
If you wish to upgrade to expedited shipping, please email us at support@gadgetsbud.com immediately after placing your order. We will provide you with a quote and a payment link. Please note that the cost for expedited shipping is typically $50-$70 USD per item, depending on the destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Normally the taxes and tariffs are included in the price. You do not need pay any more. But in some destination or under some special circumstances, the items you order does not include these customs duties, consumption taxes or import tariffs. In this occassion, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping time varies by location and is calculated from the time the order is dispatched. Below are our estimated delivery times:

  • US (not including HI and AK) / Canada / UK, 6 - 10 Business Days.
  • Europe 9 - 12 Business Days.
  • Japan / South Korea: 3 - 5 Business Days.
  • Other Asia: 6 - 10 Business Days.
  • UAE / Saudi Arabia / Mexico: 9 - 14 Business Days.
  • Australia / New Zealand: 9 - 14 Business Days.
  • Rest of World: 9 - 14 Business Days.

Important Note: The times above do not include our 1-3 business day order processing time.

Order Processing Time

Please add the order processing time to the shipping time to estimate the total time it will take to receive your item.

Order processing time typically takes 1-3 business days. During this period, we conduct quality checks, carefully package your items, print shipping labels, and hand them over to our logistics company for dispatch. During holidays and promotional seasons, order processing time may be extended. We appreciate your patience.

We process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

Order Cancellation: Once an order has begun processing, we cannot cancel it. As a general rule, if you do not contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, it is highly likely that we will be unable to cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@gadgetsbud.com. Please note the following:

  • Any cancellation made after an order is placed will be subject to a $0.50 cancellation fee. This is because our payment processor charges us a fee for cancellations.
  • Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Address Modification: We can modify the address for you as long as the package has not left our warehouse. However, once a package has shipped, we cannot reroute it.

Undeliverable Orders

GadgetsBud.com is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect name or address provided by you, refusal of the package, or failure to claim from the local post office. We reserve the right to charge 30-50% of the item's value as a restocking and handling fee. Therefore, please check your shipping address carefully when placing an order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package has not arrived within 60 days of shipment and its status cannot be tracked in our system, we will assist you. In this situation, you may need to obtain proof from your local post office stating that you have not received any packages from our sending address during this period. Once verified, we will resend a new package or arrange a refund as soon as possible.

GadgetsBud.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We strongly recommend you select a secure delivery location.

Tracking Shows "Delivered" But Not Received

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please first contact the responsible shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for such cases, and the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Restricted Shipping Locations

Due to logistics restrictions, we may currently be unable to ship to the following countries/regions: Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt, Kuwait, Libya, Mongolia, Djibouti, Somalia, Moldova, Tunisia, Cayman Islands, French Polynesia, Ecuador, Maldives, Mauritania, Montenegro, New Caledonia, Honduras, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Samoa, Grenada, Zimbabwe, Bolivia, Nepal, Botswana, Fiji, Argentina. We cannot ship to Iran.

Disclaimer

Please note that all estimated delivery times are based on normal conditions. GadgetsBud.com is not responsible for carrier delays and cannot guarantee that your item will be received within the estimated timeframe. Unforeseen circumstances such as high mail volume for carriers, public holidays, customs processing delays, incomplete or inaccurate shipping information (e.g., P.O. Box address, missing phone number), or the recipient being unavailable or refusing delivery can all cause delays.

Returns & Refunds

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. This 30-day timeframe applies to items eligible for exchange.

Exchanges: We're happy to process an exchange for a different size, color, or even a new item.

Refunds: All refunds are credited to your original form of payment. For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-15 business days of us receiving the returned item or processing the cancellation request. If you don't see the credit after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.

Please note: at first, please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear.
  • Non-returnable items: damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure, after-market modifications, products with water exposure.
  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and unfortunately cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10-30% of an item's value if a return of a sale item occurs.
How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us to provide the reason and the item details. After that, we will give the return address. Or you can return it here:

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item. We do not provide pre-paid return labels, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we cannot issue store credit for your return.

Processing Your Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund in 5 business days. Once approved, all refunds are credited to your original form of payment. For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of us receiving the returned item or processing the cancellation request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item.

Within 2 business days of delivery, please contact us and include the following information:

  • Your original order number and current shipping address.
  • A short description of the damage or discrepancy.
  • Photographs of the defective or damaged item(s).

Please note: We do not accept returns for items damaged by general wear and tear. While we may be able to extend this timeframe up to 5 business days in certain circumstances, please report any issues as soon as possible for assessment. If issues are not reported in a timely fashion, we may not issue refunds.

Upon receiving the faulty or incorrect item, we will contact you via email and arrange to send a replacement of the correct item.

  • If you do not wish to keep the same item, this will be considered a "change of mind," and refund will be issued.
  • If we are unable to provide a replacement of the same and correct item, you may choose a refund to your original payment method. Refunds to the original payment method are only provided when replacement options are unavailable in accordance with fair trading policies.

When returning a faulty or incorrect item, please ensure it is returned to us in its original condition, unused and with tags.

Reasons NOT considered faulty:

  • Color variation from product photos.
  • Slight design variation from product photos (e.g., print/lace patterns and arrangements).
  • Slight size variation within ±3cm on measurements.
  • Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads, crease marks, etc.).
  • Self-inflicted damage to the product while trying on the item.
  • Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference.
  • Item does not fit or you simply do not like the item.
Order Cancellations

We aim to process orders quickly! Therefore, we generally cannot cancel orders once they have begun processing.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. As a general rule, if you do not email us within 12 hours of placing your order, there is a high chance we will not be able to cancel it. After this period, we cannot stop the order or refund the amount.

Refunds for canceled orders are issued to the original form of payment only if the cancellation request is received within 12 hour of placing the order.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, or undeliverable due to an incorrect name or address provided when placing your order are not our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge are stocking and shipping fee of 10-50% of an item's value in such cases.
