How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time to America, not including AK and HI, is between 6 to 10 business days. To others, depending on your country or region, most will be delivered in 2 weeks. Contact us for your delivery time. Please consider that public holidays might impact delivery times.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will be shipped the day after it has been processed. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.Note: We do not ship on weekends.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. This is typically sent in one day after we ship your order. If you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from your payment, please contact us. You can track your order on our website.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $49. Otherwise, a shipping fee of $3.99 will be charged. Some items are overweight and need an extra shipping fee. You can find the details on the product page.

Do you have Expedited Shipping Service?

Yes.
We offer a paid expedited shipping service (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days (plus an additional 1-3 business days for order processing).
If you wish to upgrade to expedited shipping, please email us at support@gadgetsbud.com immediately after placing your order. We will provide you with a quote and a payment link. Please note that the cost for expedited shipping is typically $50-$70 USD per item, depending on the destination country.

What are the requirements for my shipping address? 

Our website and services are based in English. All information, including your shipping address, must be entered using English characters and punctuation. If your address contains non-English letters (e.g., é, ß), please use their closest English equivalents (e.g., e, ss).

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? 

Your shipping address cannot be changed after your order has been processed or shipped. We recommend using a residential address, as we cannot predict how long a country's customs department may hold a package.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

At Gadgetsbud.com, we are committed to a transparent and straightforward shopping experience for our international customers.
Normally the taxes and tariffs are included in the price. You do not need pay any more. But in some destination or Under some special circumstances, the items you order does not include these customs duties, consumption taxes or import tariffs. In this occassion, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the request and provide further instructions if approved. All returned items must be in their original condition with packaging intact.

What should I do if items are missing from my order?

If you find that an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately with your order number.

What if I received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if an item is incorrect, missing, or defective. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references.

How long does the returns process take?

Please allow up to 1 business day from the date we receive your return for it to be processed. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are credited to your original form of payment within 1 business day.
It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process. The refund may be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of us receiving the returned item or processing the cancellation request. If you don't see the credit after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When you purchase online with your credit card, your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. It is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network for authorization. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

What currency are your prices in?

All transactions on our store are processed in USD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

I made a mistake in my order details. Can I change them?

Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong email address. We can change your email address, name, and shipping address, but we cannot change the items in your order once it has been placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at our discretion. If you wish to cancel an order, please note the following:

  • Any cancellation made after an order is placed will be subject to a $0.50 cancellation fee. This is because our payment processor charges us a fee for cancellations.
  • Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?

Promotional and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Do I need an account to place an order? 

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account comes with perks like:
